Book 20 or more paying adults on our meals and lodging program, not counting you. Put them in 10 or more guest rooms, not counting yours. Stay two nights or more.
Your own standard guest room is free for the whole stay, and so are your meals. Bring a plus-one. They share your room.

What we ask of you
The free stay is a trade. You take on the job of organizer. Here is what that means.
The full terms are on your quote and your invoice. Read them before you pay the deposit. The day-to-day questions, check-in, checkout, what happens when numbers change, are answered on the Group Organizer FAQ.
Questions organizers ask
No. There is no code anywhere. The credit is applied to your invoice once your group has stayed and everything is paid with nothing outstanding.
We count at the fourteen-day mark, on the people who are coming. Under 20 adults or under 10 rooms, the credit comes off and your room is billed at the standard rate.
Yes. Your plus-one shares your room.
It covers a standard queen room or a standard two-double room. Book a suite and you pay the difference.
Most groups do not. The terms on your quote and invoice are the agreement. You accept them when you pay the deposit, and each adult in your group accepts the terms and conditions on their own reservation. Your group is responsible for itself while it is here.
A 25% deposit holds your dates. The rest follows the payment plan on your invoice. The final payment is due fourteen days before arrival.
